Bronze - 3 Month Commitment

The Bronze package gives you structure, accountability, and results in just a few months. You’ll build consistency, improve your strength, and set a solid foundation for long-term success.

• 8 sessions per month (2x a week) — 24 total sessions: $2,040

How it works
1. Fill out a consultation form
Purpose: collect contact info, goals, current fitness level, injuries or medical notes, and preferred session type. Please provide honest answers if you want more accurate programming. Click here to fill out the form.
2. Book an intro consultation
What we’ll cover: with the option for video call or in person, we’ll review your answers, discuss goals and barriers, and decide the best training option. Bring or prepare a list of recent workouts, daily meals, and any medical restrictions.
Length: 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Baseline assessment and measurements
If in person: a quick movement screen, mobility checks, and basic strength or conditioning tests.
If online: guided movement screen via video and self reported metrics I’ll walk you through.
I’ll record baseline numbers: weight, body measurements, and any mobility limitations. This gives us a starting point and helps set realistic milestones.
4. Create your custom plan
Contents: tailored workouts, progressive training schedule, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle recommendations aligned with your goals and time available.
Delivery: plan uploaded to Trainerize and I’ll send a summary with how to use it. I’ll add you to Trainerize and upload your programs, demo videos, and a weekly checklist. I’ll show you how to log workouts, input metrics, and access nutrition notes.
5. Setup and ongoing accountability / coaching
I’ll provide simple, actionable nutrition guidance tailored to your preferences and goals including a sample meal plan, grocery list or macros if requested, and lifestyle recommendations include sleep, stress, and recovery tips to speed results. ’ll send tips, feedback on technique, and motivational notes to keep you consistent.
Goal check-ins: for bigger milestones like body composition changes, strength targets, or event prep. When you reach goals we plan the next phase: maintain, build, or set a new target.
