  • I think the biggest thing for me was a mentally change in terms of what I should have as my goals. I honestly as a woman didn't understand or realize the importance of muscle growth and maintenance and how that's important for your life and long living instead of just fat loss. Also the importance of dynamic workouts I found very useful.
